Performance tailored to purpose
We build wall systems to meet the specific requirements of each zone. This includes fire-rated compartmentation, acoustic separation and openings for custom-engineered goalposts. All wall types are tested and certified to meet the applicable regional fire, acoustic and security standards.
Engineering and execution
Walls can be installed early in the build to support programme sequencing and reduce lead times. Using BIM models and detailed workshop drawings, we coordinate with all disciplines and resolve clashes in advance. Wherever possible, we implement off-site construction using prefabricated panels. We also provide leave-downs for later system installations, sealing them post-installation.
Detailed finishing and protection
We deliver fully finished partitions, including joints, coatings and paintwork. Protective wraps and edge guards are applied during construction to prevent damage and ensure a clean, professional handover.
Material flexibility
For each project, we select the most suitable material system based on technical requirements and project-specific constraints. Our scope includes drywall systems, white walls and sandwich panels. We have extensive experience with both concrete slab structures and steel ceiling grids.

Safety first
Safe installation at height is standard practice at MSDM. Our teams follow strict protocols, including fall protection, PPE, clearly marked work zones and on-site spotters, and all operatives receive IPAF training.
